Terms of Service

  1. Both the Service Provider and the Student must be online on the date and time set for the instructing session.

  2. The Service Provider’s business hours are Monday through Friday between 09:00 am and 08:00pm EST Time. Contacts or requests made outside business hours will be processed on the next business day during business hours.

  3. In the event that the Student cancels the academic session (English Test Perp) on the date agreed for the session, the cancellation will be considered a late cancel and the session will be charged or due accordingly.

  4. Requests for rescheduling must be submitted by the student at least 24 hours before the scheduled class during working hours.

  5. The Student is required to utilize the group WhatsApp chat created by the Service Provider for communication. This includes, but it is not limited to schedule changes, general class questions, and other concerns.

  6. In the event of an instructor-initiated cancellation or rescheduling on the same day as the class, the class will be rescheduled, and the student will receive an additional hour of instruction.

  7. Students are required to complete assignments before the instructor-set due date.

  8. Students must attend classes using a laptop or computer.

  9. Students are required to turn on their cameras to actively participate during classes.

  10. Students must join classes on time. If a student joins a meeting late, the class will still conclude at the scheduled time.

  11. Changes to the schedule of group classes can be made after consulting every member of the group and considering the instructor's availability.
